01 Eligibility & Registration

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use Sportgy's services. These requirements are strictly enforced, and any account that fails verification will be closed.

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of account registration.
• You must be a resident of a country or region where online gaming is legally permitted.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts cannot be created from the same IP address or device.
• After registration, you may be asked to submit a national ID, passport, or other documents for identity verification (KYC).
• Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded due to mental health concerns will not be permitted to register again.

02 Account Management

Your Sportgy account is strictly personal and for your use only. Sharing access with anyone else or operating an account on behalf of a third party is not allowed.

• Keep your username and password confidential at all times.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
• The account holder is solely responsible for all activity on their account.
• Identity verification is required to update account details such as your email address or phone number.
• An inactivity fee may apply to accounts that have been dormant for an extended period. You will be notified in advance.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

• The payment method used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the account holder's own name.
• Transactions using third-party accounts or payment methods are not permitted.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the platform and may change from time to time.
• Under our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, additional verification may be required for large transactions.
• Sportgy reserves the right to correct any erroneous transactions resulting from technical faults.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

Sportgy's bonus and promotion offers are designed with players in mind. Each bonus comes with specific conditions, so it's important to read them carefully.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• The wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly communicated at the time the bonus is received.
• If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified time after a bonus is activated, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Attempting to abuse the bonus system (bonus abuse) may result in account termination.

05 Gameplay & Fair Play

• Any game result caused by a technical error may be declared void and the wagered amount refunded.

• Any attempt to manipulate or influence game outcomes will result in permanent account closure.

08 Account Closure & Termination

You may request to close your account at any time. Equally, Sportgy reserves the right to close or suspend any account for the following reasons.

• Breach of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, match-fixing, or money laundering.
• Registering with incorrect or false information.
• Identified as a minor.
• Legal obligations or directives from regulatory authorities.

Upon account closure, any eligible balance (excluding bonuses) is generally refunded, though this may be delayed if an investigation is ongoing.

09 Dispute Resolution

If you have a problem or complaint, please reach out to our customer support team first. We typically resolve all complaints within 48 hours.

• A tracking number will be issued once your complaint has been submitted.
• If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may apply for independent mediation.
• In all disputes, Sportgy's system logs will be considered the final and definitive evidence.

10 Changes to Terms & Their Effect

Sportgy reserves the right to update these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified via their registered email or on the platform at least 7 days before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the changes go live will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
